2. Shipping Charges and Delivery

  1. Please take note that all product prices are inclusive of shipping charges for Domestic only.
  2. For international buyers, shipping rates will be provided depending on destination of postage and weight of product.

3. Procedures
  1. Contact us through email to check about the item you want. To make things easier, download the picture.
  2. We will check whether the item is available. This will take 1-3 days.
  3. To place your order, you will have to pay the deposit. Deposit is 100% of the total price.This is due to many cases where the customers went missing after the items arrived.We will confirm with you again once we receive the money. The item will arrive within a week.
  4. Once the item is here, we will contact you.Then we will deliver the item according to the method decided by both party. Balance should be paid during the meet up or bank in to our account.
  5. To clear your doubts or for further understanding, please view the FAQ provided.
  6. Please take note that goods sold are not refundable. (Only under certain circumstances)

We will be using PosLaju Malaysia as the price is cheapest compare to other courier provider such as FedEx or DHL.

Q: What happen when the Postlaju postman arrives and there is no one at home to receive it?
A: They will leave a card at your doorstep or postbox and ask you to
collect it from the post office or you may request them to send again.
